Paralegal and Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for preparation of correspondence and filings covering all aspects of U.S. patent prosecution (including, editing applications, drafting correspondence, preparation of amendments, information disclosure statements, continuing applications, and sequence listings). Knowledge of foreign patent prosecution (including PCT and national filings) preferred; monitor electronic docket; attorney time entry. Must have ability to work independently, self-motivated, flexible, multi-task.
