General Counsel The candidate will be reporting to the CEO. Will work closely with the senior management team and play a key role in achieving the goals outlined for the organization. Candidate will be a vital component of the company's operations team as well as a strategic advisor for a range of legal, regulatory, and compliance issues and projects.
The candidate must have a law degree from an ABA accredited law school and 7+ years of experience, involving primarily the provision of legal services to hospitals, health systems or physician group practices. Knowledge of health care compliance, including current issues and trends, is important. Eligibility for admission to the State Bar of California is required.
